Fun With My Girls' Hair

Before I was a working woman I used to do a bunch of crazy stuff with my girl's hair.  I love making "art" of their hair-dos.  But then work started and I resulted back to the boring stuff.  So as we gear up to start another school year my goal is to bring some of that creativity back.  I wish I could take the credit for all the fantastic hair ideas, but I can't, there are some amazing bloggers out there dedicated to making little girls look FABULOUS!!!  There are a bunch of links on the right if you are interested.  Hope you enjoy some pics of a fun summer day and a couple of cute girlie hair-dos!

San Diego Vacation

We decided to take a quick vacation to San Diego before all the craziness of moving into our new house.  (2 more weeks!!) We only stayed for a couple of nights but did a lot.  We went to Sea World, Balboa Park, Mission Beach, and La Jolla.  It would have been perfect, but the high temperature was only about 67! Regardless, Rolland and the girls went into the water - I sat on my towel taking pictures!!

 

Scottsdale Mini Vacation

We had a little mini vacation to celebrate the end of the school year. We took the girls to Scottsdale for swimming, shopping, and Shrek! Then spent an AMAZING day at the Point Squaw Peak Resort. Lazy river, buffets, water slides, a crazy amount of pools, great drinks....yeah the reservations are already made for another weekend get away in June!
