Our Busy September

This month isn't even over yet, but we have been so busy.  So instead of a bunch of little post - here is what we have been up to in September.  Sweet Corn Festival, AWANAS, Gardening, Weddings, and enjoying (a so far very hot) fall! I took most of these pics with my phone and I don't think I uploaded them right because the resolution is a little funny - sorry!

Fun With My Girls' Hair

Before I was a working woman I used to do a bunch of crazy stuff with my girl's hair.  I love making "art" of their hair-dos.  But then work started and I resulted back to the boring stuff.  So as we gear up to start another school year my goal is to bring some of that creativity back.  I wish I could take the credit for all the fantastic hair ideas, but I can't, there are some amazing bloggers out there dedicated to making little girls look FABULOUS!!!  There are a bunch of links on the right if you are interested.  Hope you enjoy some pics of a fun summer day and a couple of cute girlie hair-dos!

Happy Birthday Rebekah!!

I can't believe my baby is 3!!! Rebekah has always made her own little mark on the world.  I should have known what was in store when she made her arrival in just over 3 hours!  That's 3 hours from the very first contraction to her birthday at 12:36 am, Mother's Day May 14, 2006.  She has always been silly, always been mischievous, and always been delightfully quirky!  Life is not boring with her around.  But even though she keeps us always on our toes she is the BEST snuggler and would let us hold her all day if we wanted.  I am so excited to see what she grows up to be and do, and how she will foster all of that BIG personality and energy.  She is an amazing little girl and I am blessed to be her Mama!! I love you sweet Bekah-Boo!! Happy Birthday!!
