Disney World Vacation Part 1

So we finally made it to Florida!!! There was a little conflict with timing and we had to reschedule once, but we made it Disney World and it was definitely worth the wait!! We took our time driving down and stopped in VA and NC to visit some great friends along the way. So by the time we got all the way down to Florida we were ready to be out of the car and ready for some fun!! We stayed at the All Star Music Resort and from check in the vacation started. They gave us a huge welcome packet and the girls each got a balloon bouquet. Each section is themed in different music styles; country, calypso, jazz, rock'n'roll. We were in the Broadway section.

Now you know that we did everything on a budget so our first stop was the grocery store to stock up on lunch, breakfast, and snacks. Every night we would make up our food for the next day. This was so nice because it freed us to eat whenever we wanted to - even in long lines!! We got to bed late that first night but were still able to get an early start to Hollywood Studios the next morning!

This park is awesome!! We took a back lot tour, explored the streets of NYC, Chicago, and San Fransico, and rode some of the best rides. Aubrey rode Hollywood Tower of Terror twice in a row. Proving herself much braver than I thought!! And we waited in line for an hour with 5000 other people to see Fantasmic! Which was totally worth the wait!! (There was a dinner package option to get reserved seats to Fantasmic with only a 30 min wait but I am so happy we didn't spend the money to get it because even with all the waiting we got front row and center seats!!) We stayed out really late, but the girls did great!! Of course on the bus ride back to our hotel they were completely knocked out!!! I hope you enjoy our pictures from Hollywood Studios!!
